The Mission of Two Rivers Head Start Agency is to alleviate the effects of poverty by providing education, support services and opportunities for children, families and communities.

Our Philosophy

Two Rivers Head Start Agency is a community action agency which provides Head Start Services for eligible children and families throughout Kane, Kendall, Dekalb, Boone, and Grundy Counties. Early Head Start and CSBG services are available for individuals in Kane County. The Agency strives to be an effective advocate for children and families affected by poverty.
